The July hike will be at the McDonald Research Forest along the McCulloch Peak Trail.

We will be meeting on Saturday July 19th at 9am at the Sulphur Springs Trailhead. 

The hike will be a 7.1 mile loop to the McCulloch Peak which is the highest point of McDonald Forest. The trail is considered intermediate and may be challenging for some beginners. It is mostly gravel roads winding up slopes to the Peak.

Please keep an eye on the weather and come prepared. We will send weather and trail information out to people who sign up as we get closer to the event. Please remember sunscreen, especially during sunny seasons.

As always we will have some water bottles, backpacks, and trekking poles available for those who want them.

If you would like a ride, please participate in one of the carpools. Also, please consider taking a carpool regardless so we can limit the number of vehicles we are bringing with us.
