This gathering is a chance to get creative, work on projects big or small, all while being in a safe, accepting and affirming space. Supplies are provided, and whatever we don’t have, we are always willing to source for our youth. Bringing your own supplies, project-in-progress, or an activity to share is always welcome.
Guest Creative : Shaula Coulson, Quilting Hexies
Shaula is going to share with us how to create a “hexie” or hexagon quilt, using hand-sewing, paper templates, and more. This will be similar to the quilt that she has donated to our space, and the hand-sewing technique used can be incredibly helpful. All supplies will be provided, please join!
