Our youth need YOU
We need volunteers to help with group meetings, activities, meals, the RY board, and more.
Here are some of our biggest needs:
Thursday night group
Come sit with the youth, and enjoy a meal with them. Chat with the youth, and get to know some of them. Help remind them of our community agreements. Be there to answer questions they may have, or listen when they need to talk. Get to know the other volunteers, and have fun!
Thursday night quiet room
Some youth need a quiet space during the group time. Monitor the quiet room, and help remind youth to keep noise down when necessary.
Food
We feed dinner to about 30 youth every Thursday evening. If all you can do is grab ingredients for a dinner, we are able to cook it.

Events, field trips, and parties
We have a few field trips every year. These trips can always use another adult to chaperone. The volunteers have as much fun as the youth on these trips!
We also have a few parties for the youth every year (Halloween, Holiday, etc.). These are set for Thursdays around the actual holiday and are typically planned by the youth. We need people to come in and help with setup and food during these times.

Board members work on fundraising, event planning, connecting with community partners, and volunteer coordination.
