Stormie’s Place is a community-centered, affirming space in Salem that offers connection, care, and access to vital resources. They provide a welcoming environment for teens ages 11-18 to gather, build community, and receive support. Services include community drop-in hours, support groups, resource navigation and referrals, and connections to local health, housing, and social services. Stormie’s Place is rooted in harm-reduction, mutual aid, and dignity-first values, working to reduce isolation while empowering individuals through compassion, advocacy, and community care.
Drop-In Hours are 2-6 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with extended hours during school breaks. Inquiries for support can be forwarded to Shyanne Tovar, Stormies’ Program Manager and Lead Youth Advocate.
